The progress and steps while doing social networking assignment using Google apps.
First, one of our group members be the leaders, and got email address of each of group members. After that, the leader or the admin created a Google document, and invited group members to edit the document via Gmail.
Google document features same like Microsoft Office which we familiar with. We can insert image by uploading or copying URL of image.
Each of us used browser to connect Internet and login in a same time and edit together. Beside, we also use chat to communicate. We also can edit mistakes of group members easily.
After doing assignment, our group leader shared the document to lecturer. Lecturer checked the document and commented online. Google will automatically inform group leader that lecturer had commented via Gmail.
Google apps is easy for us to do assignment anytime. All of the group members only need to be online, no need to find a place, meet together to do assignment.
